Insurance and Fees
I am an out of network provider with all insurance carriers. You will get a detailed receipt that can be submitted as a health expense if you have a health saving account (HSA). It is your responsibility to check with your insurance carrier PRIOR to your first appointment, for any out of network coverage for in office or telehealth (video therapy) psychotherapy services. If you have out of network coverage, you will be able to submit these receipts for reimbursement.
Fees:
Initial Intake: $225
Individual Session (video therapy, or in office): $185 per 45-55 minutes.
Cancellations:
Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you, a minimum of 24 hours (1 day) notice is required for re-scheduling or canceling an appointment. Unless we reach a different agreement, the full fee will be charged for sessions missed without such notification. Most insurance companies do not reimburse for missed sessions.
